HOW TO RIP LIVE WITH Platinum Card Breaks:

During LIVE RIP sessions you can request to be put in line. Once it is your turn, you can pay for your items via Papal, Venmo, or Cash App and then you get to select the items that we will be ripping for you.

When its your turn, the floor is yours, you can keep ripping as long as you would like. It could be 5 minutes or 30 minutes, you may continue to purchase items as long as you would like to rip.

A few things to help the process go smoothly and be efficient:

• Please do not jump the line and send over early. The products you want to rip may not be available by the time it is your turn. If you buy something that we are out of stock or have already ripped before your time, we will credit your account Plat Bucks that can be used anytime or we can just refund, but there is a 5% restocking fee as we have to pay PayPal fees on refunds.

• When you are up, if you are not in the live we will send the video over or DM you. We will wait one minute for you to join, if you are not able to join we will move on to the next person in line. If you rejoin the live you can request to be added back in line.

SCHEDULE A RIP TIME 

If our rip sessions do not match your schedule, you can schedule a 30-minute block of time to rip with Platinum Card Breaks. Just email us to schedule your personal rip session be sure to buy your boxes checkout and then email and request a time frame!. Please remember Platinum Card Breaks is located within EST Time Zone. We are usually live 6pm EST to 3 am EST

THE MOST ASKED QUESTION.... "what hits remain?" 

Platinum Card Breaks is not always able to answer that question, as being a fully functional sports card breakers, boxes cases ect. are put in to promos and such as well as shipped sealed for some promos on a  regular basis unopened. Also understand that boxes do say "X" amount of hits on average, meaning that some boxes could get shorted a hit by the manufacturer. If a box is shorted a hit, Platinum Card Breaks will reach out to the manufacturer to submit a missing hit form, on your behalf. We will do what we can to recoup a hit for you. 

SHIPPING

We will ship personal boxes out fast and efficiently. There will be a charge for shipping as these will go out faster then other breaks do. Once Platinum Card Breaks hands over your package to the shipper (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC..) and it is scanned into their system, Platinum Card Breaks is no longer responsible for that package and the condition it arrives. If you received a damaged package it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. However, we do offer insurance on our website that pays out fast as long as it meets the requirements. The tracking we can see on our end is usually the same you see on your end. International shipping can expect shipping delays due to the Global Shipping Services. Some Canadian customers have waited a month for a package due to the delay at the postal processing facility's.

REFUNDS

At Platinum Card Breaks Inc. , if you ask for a refund based on what was pulled during our rip session, not only will a refund not be issued but you will be blocked from purchasing with Platinum Card Breaks and you will be put on a list with your personal information on our website for all to see.
